Mixing shapes for a modern art type of feel or revitalizing Art Deco designs can make a modern engagement ring stand apart from the crowd while maintaining a timeless feel. Art Deco rings will tend to have bold designs with clean lines while mixing shapes could incorporate a two or three stones or a pave setting. A modern engagement ring is all about personal taste, the brilliance of the stone, timeless wear-ability, and a unique personal touch to stamp the piece for one woman.
